Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: The item arrived broken, expired, or malfunctioning.
- Wrong Items Delivered: You received an item different from what was ordered.
- Missing Items in Order: Your package was incomplete upon delivery.
Time Frame for Refund Requests
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Requests beyond this window may not be eligible for refunds.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Opened or used items (especially perishables or hygiene-related products).
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale periods (unless defective).
Return Process (If Required)
In some cases, you may be asked to return the item:
- Contact our support team with your Order Number, photo/video proof, and description of the issue.
- If return is approved, instructions will be shared for pickup or drop-off.
- Item must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.
Important Notes
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned item does not meet our conditions.
