Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: The item arrived broken, expired, or malfunctioning.
  • Wrong Items Delivered: You received an item different from what was ordered.
  • Missing Items in Order: Your package was incomplete upon delivery.

Time Frame for Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Requests beyond this window may not be eligible for refunds.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Opened or used items (especially perishables or hygiene-related products).
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale periods (unless defective).

Return Process (If Required)

In some cases, you may be asked to return the item:

  • Contact our support team with your Order Number, photo/video proof, and description of the issue.
  • If return is approved, instructions will be shared for pickup or drop-off.
  • Item must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned item does not meet our conditions.
