In no event shall SWH liability exceed the price you paid for product or services that is the subject of the claim. If any part of this limitation of liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the total liability of SWH and its licensors shall not exceed TEN THOUSANDS NAIRA (#10000).

Without limiting the forgoing, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that SWH shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if SWH has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (a) the use or the inability to use the website, any SHOPPERS WAREHOUSE-related software or service, e.g., failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential , payments sent to wrong SWH accounts or addresses, and accidental deletion of wallets.

 (b) any action you take based on the information you receive in, through, or from the website/services, (c) Software problems of the Website and/or any SWH-related software or service, e.g., corrupted wallet file, incorrectly constructed transactions, unsafe coupons or referral links, malware affecting the Website and/or any SWH related software or service. 

 (d) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the website/services, (e) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, wallets, or accounts, (f) the improper authorization for the services by someone claiming such authority, (g) statements or conduct of any third party on the website/services.

SWH does not promise the use of the website to be error free.

8. Return and Refund Policies

Shoppers warehouse stands behind the quality of our products by offering a simple return process. We will refund or exchange new an unused merchandise purchased from www.swh.ng within 7days of delivery. Simply contact us at [email protected] and we will reply promptly with return instructions. Please note that refunds and returns will only apply to purchases made directly through www.swh.ng with the use of shoppers warehouse invoice, in the case of any return or exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees that are incurred during the process, but returns postmarked within 3days following the delivery date, will qualify for free return shipping; those customers located outside of Nigeria will also be subject to all shipping charges, duties, and taxes per their countries import policies.

Cloths and wearables must be received in good condition; unworn, unwashed, and the hygienic liner and tags intact

Items returned with obvious use, makeup, dander, deodorant, perfume. Or similar product stains may be subject to denial and sent back to you.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional box for shipping. Damage to the box makes shoes ineligible for return.

Items received damaged will be shipped back, and subjected to additional shipping cost.

Items on sales can not returned or refunded

Gift cards or coupons cannot be returned or refunded 

9. Shipping Delays

Expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping location of your address. Remote locations that are not readily accessible may require additional time to make delivery.
